The Perfect Holiday for my family of boys would have to be one full of adventure, activity, discovery and excitement. A perfect fit for this holiday I think would be a California fly-drive. Vegas-Yosemite-San Francisco to LA.
My boys are 8,6 and 3 and along with my husband are all sports crazy. Jack my 3 years old loves swimming and animals of all types, Josh who is 6 loves football and extreme sports, like assault courses, rock climbing and surfing. Dylan, 8, is the real football lover, he plays every day and would do nothing else if he could get away with it.
Las Vegas
We would start off flying to Las Vegas. Now this is a regular holiday venue for mummy and daddy, (we’ve been a few times!) and the boys would love to see the magic and grandness of the place. We would begin the holiday with 2-3 nights in the city. We would stay at the Bellagio, a family friendly hotel (except in the casino!) with great gardens and pools. A few family friendly treats whilst we were there, the fairground at Circus Circus, a climb up to the top of the Stratosphere and maybe a ride on the roller coaster at New York New York.
Yosemite
Next stop is to hire a car and firstly check out Red Rock Canyon, not far from Vegas. There are the most amazing rock formations including the elephant rock. We would do some hiking and look out for the wildlife…eagles and snakes! Next stop is a long drive up state towards Yosemite maybe with a stop in the middle at a random lodge. Yosemite is perfect for finding waterfalls, the tallest trees we have ever seen and maybe the odd spot of a bear. How the boys would love that.
San Francisco
Next stop is over the Sierra Nevada mountains to San Francisco. A brilliant city built for
walking. We would take a boat trip to Alcatraz so we could experience one of the most famous prisons in the world and get locked in a cell! We would visit the famous sea lions at pier 39 and we would ride bikes around the city following the yellow lines.
Pacific Highway & Monterey
The drive down the pacific highway is one of the most impressive drives you could ever take. For most of the drive from San Fran down to LA you drive along cliff sides and the coast, keep an eye out for dolphins and whales out in the pacific waters. Or maybe a beach or two full of sea lions? A perfect stop over place is Monterey with one of the best aquariums in the world. Its right on the coast and has perfect viewing platforms for whale spotting. Or maybe we might spot a sea otter?
Los Angeles
The final stop of the tour would be LA and this has to be a theme park few days for the boys, Disney World and Universal studios are a must. Jack my youngest would so love to see Lightning McQueen and Buzz Lightyear in real life and I know Josh would be up for as many thrill seeking rides that his height will allow him!! We would also get tickets for a sports game, either baseball, LA galaxy soccer or basketball.

That sounds like an amazing holiday
Hi! The weekend can be just magical if the family will do what they love very much. My husband and I are learning kitesurfing, and we understand that constant practice and high-quality equipment is the key to success. In addition, it is a great activity for the whole family
